Dot 1 News

UNBIASED TRUTH.

UNWAVERING FAITH.

How We Curate

Dot One News exists to help readers discern, not merely consume.
In a digital world driven by speed, outrage, and endless reaction, we believe news should form wisdom, not fatigue.

We do not aim to cover everything.
We aim to cover what matters.

Our Guiding Conviction

Truth is not neutral.
Stories shape hearts, values, and vision long before they shape opinions.

Because of this, every story published on Dot One News is evaluated through a Christ-centered framework designed to honor truth, human dignity, and long-term cultural responsibility.

The Four-Lens Curation Model

Each story is reviewed using four distinct lenses:

1. Biblical Alignment

We ask whether a story affirms, distorts, or challenges God’s moral order as revealed in Scripture. This does not mean every story is “Christian”, it means every story is examined honestly in light of biblical truth.

2. Prophetic Significance

We look beyond isolated events to identify broader patterns, social, technological, cultural, and moral, that Scripture warns about or illuminates.

3. Source Credibility

We prioritize transparent reporting, institutional accountability, and verifiable facts. Narratives are distinguished from reporting, and bias is acknowledged rather than hidden.

4. Humanities Impact

We consider how stories shape people over time, affecting dignity, identity, relationships, and moral formation, not just public opinion.

Each lens is scored to provide readers with context, not control. The numbers are not judgments, they are tools for orientation.

What We Are Not

  • We are not a breaking-news feed

  • We are not partisan media

  • We are not outrage-driven

  • We are not click-optimized

Speed is easy.
Wisdom is costly.

Our Commitment to Readers

We commit to:

  • Curating slowly and responsibly

  • Acknowledging complexity without surrendering truth

  • Respecting readers as thinking, discerning people

  • Honoring Christ without weaponizing faith

Our goal is simple:

To help readers see clearly, think deeply, and remain anchored.

A Living Process

Dot One News is not static.
Our framework will continue to mature as culture shifts and challenges deepen.

But our foundation remains unchanged:
Truth, discernment, and faithfulness over noise.
